"This week in Black History" is a book for all people, young and old, Black, White or whatever race you may be. The purpose of this book is to awaken minds to the contributions of Africans and Blacks who have made contributions in American and the world. The book not only gives information about Blacks and their contributions in America and the world. It also encourages the reader to ask questions about the person or events, with the hope that they will research those questions, persons or events. The book is used with the "Shining Star" program.
