Meet the Bugchoids Tim, Tina, and Alisa are three little Bugchoid alien bugs. They have been living on earth for many years. They go to work and school, and are pretty much like everyone else, but living in a big city is a daily hassle for the Bugchoids. Humans like to step on the Bugchoids and dogs like to chase them. This makes life in the city very difficult. The Bugchoids just want to fit in with the humans and be able to enjoy the city like everyone else. This is a children's book about gratitude. The story is about a little boy named Mauricio who, on Thanksgiving Day, feels that he has nothing to be thankful for. Months later while on vacation, Mauricio gets separated from his family and ends up lost in a little village. He spends months living in the little village in very poor conditions, and it is then that he learns to appreciate and be thankful for everything he had.
