This is a continuation of the "Takedown Series," a fast-paced murder mystery set of three novels. The action revolves around the unexplained deaths of several claimants collecting over $30,000 a month from their long term disability claims. When Sidney "Smoke" Lassiter and his friend, the D.A., begin looking into these "reserve takedowns," they become targets. The action moves from the west coast to the eastern promenade and centers around Portland and Casco Bay, Maine.
