The verses in this book are easy to understand, relatively uncontroversial, and can serve as wisdom and guidance for the journey from childhood to adulthood. I first learned how to translate the Quran into English when I began attending the Atlanta Masjid of Al-Islam, and the Mohammed Schools. To learn more, I travelled to Damascus, Syria to study with a personal tutor. After two years in the Middle East, I taught Quran and Al-Islam in fourteen countries on six continents.
