Love, life, and alcohol. After his father's death, a 29 year-old man expatriates to Guadalajara in search of a better life with his lover. Soon though, he realizes that his paradise isn't all it's cracked up to be. LAS AVENTURAS de MARVINO is an illustrated trek through the mind and life of a demented soul. At once whimsical and tragic, Hill's Comic alter ego finds himself representing less of an idealized version of the author, than a painful reflection of his own weaknesses. But these weaknesses are not exclusive, yet more so endemic to a population of likewise dreamers and wayward souls, themselves, on their own journey to adventure. And remember, the best part of any true escapade, is never really knowing where you're going, or where you'll eventually end up.
