Network congestion is one of the main concerns for the fast-developed computer science and communication industries. With the increasing amount of data transferred, existing network are congested leading to loss of data during the transmission process. This book proposes a new method to network congestion management using multi-valued logic as an approach. It also introduces the reduction logic operator and its application in managing network congestion.

Interdependence relationships have defined the foundation of cooperation between agents but have been limited by existing protocols.
