"Dreams Come True" is the follow up to "Dream Big For Me." The author's son was hospitalized with a severe brain injury at just 6 weeks of age. The doctors gave her son a dismal prognosis if he survived the injury. She was in partial denial and disbelief because this wasn't the plan or dream she had for her son.
