The present investigation was conducted with a view to assess parenting stress and parent-child-relationship of single and double career mothers in a nuclear family with a single female child. The present study examined the extent and nature of relationship between perception of communication satisfaction and work-related quality of life of male officers working in private sector enterprise in Kolkata, India.
