This book titled "The Courts, Arbitral Tribunals and Fence Mending: The Goal Posts of Justice" is an offshoot of an article which the author intended to publish as a journal article to be captioned "Courts and Arbitral Tribunals: Convergent, Divergent or Overlapping Alternatives of Justice.
