When Gilly Lloyd - and her rescued dog - left England for Southern Turkey, she couldn't have imagined that within a few months her canine family would have expanded to include another two dogs - from the local pound in Marmaris. With no intention of staying in Turkey for any length of time, she had some decisions to make.
