This work is a result of a study conducted to investigate factors that affect access to quality primary education by the physically challenged (PC) pupils in Kenya. The study used 6 head teachers, 36 teachers and 109 non-disabled pupils. Analyses of data collected established that many factors hamper provision of quality primary education to the PC pupils.
