The Evaluation Office of the United Nations Development Programme and the Brazilian Ministry of Social Development and Fight against Hunger, co-hosted the Third International Conference on National Evaluation Capacities. The theme this year was Solutions to Challenges Related to Independence, Credibility and Use of Evaluation.
