Bob Imperato teaches religious studies at Saint Leo University, where he is coordinator of the Religious Studies Department. Bob studied psychology at Columbia University (MA, 1969), where he began searching for God. While in New York, he was inspired by Swami Satchidananda to practice yoga. Meditation led Bob back to his childhood religion, Catholicism, and inspired him to spend a decade in a Trappist Cistercian monastery at the Abbey of Gethsemani.
