Buddy was rescued from a kill shelter in North Carolina by Delaware County SPCA. They have a program called TAILS that rescues homeless animals from across the US and finds them homes; Buddy became part of that program. He was immediately put into foster care to see how he was with people and other animals. That is when his foster family found out that he was very incontinent.
