The eucharistic prayers (Great Thanksgivings) in this book are written for those pastors who are leading the people of God toward more frequent reception of the means of grace through the sacrament of Holy Communion and who follow the lections of the Revised Common Lectionary (1992). Prayers are included for all of the Sundays of the year, some Holy Days, and the days of Holy Week.
