Prairie Sunrise is the photographic diary of one little girl in the wide Montana prairie. About a hundred years ago, a man from Kansas rode the train to Eastern Montana. He built his family a log cabin on the prairie. Today, his great great granddaughter watches the sun rise and set over those same prairies and ponders her place in the shifting tapestry of the seasons and the land with its plants, critters, and people.
