The main purpose of the following 10-week mixed method study was to find out the optimal tool from among Voki, Voxopop and VoiceThread for the purpose of practicing speaking outside the classroom among EEC (Experimental English Classes) pre-intermediate students at the American University of Armenia in terms of their usability, students' engagement with language use and social engagement.
