100 patients selected by simple randomized sample method divided into 2 groups i.e. Group 'A' & Group 'B'. In Group 'A' Agnikarma was done on Ankle joint medially between medial malleolus and Achillies Tendon and in Group 'B' it was done at inter-digital cleft between the first two digits of foot on dorsal aspect. The Agnikarma was performed at the interval of 15 days. Total three sittings were given.
