In every young black man's life, there is conversation or more likely a speech directed to him about the downside of being black in America and that there are two sets of uneven rules, applied unequally. One is that, if you are caught in the snare of the American justice system, as a victim or someone accused of a crime; the penalties will more likely be punitive than compassionate. The other is that the avenues to appeal or state your position, called due process, are most times more biased than the police.
