This is a story of self discovery and self improvement. A story about what can happen when a person realizes how valuable his/her life is. This is a story about change. The central character recognizes his need for change and the struggles that accompany change. In a moment he sees clearly how the pain of change is actually less than the pain of not changing. My hope is that the reader will identify with the central character and have enough courage to initiate the changes that are necessary to come to full realization.

By the time you finish reading this book you should be able to see your leadership style clearly and you will have had the opportunity to write out both a Vision and a Mission Statement.
