During a routine patrol of the area protected by Haven Sara stumbles across a trail used by human traffickers providing a work force for the drug industry. Sara follows the trail to the source of the drug trade to find a society built on and supported by all manner of illegal activity. Now Sara has to try to end the corruption without getting herself and her troops killed. She plays a dangerous game as she attempts infiltrate the inner circle of the corrupt system and capture the man leading it all.
