This book is for Christians as well as those looking for a better way to handle the stresses of contemporary living. All of us live very different lives. But whether we're married or single, with children or not, religious or not so much, regardless of where we live in the world, we all experience highs and lows in life. I've come to appreciate that nothing is impossible with God, and perhaps more importantly, I've (finally) started to learn that there's a lot more to life that I'll ever know. Enjoying the journey rather than fixating simply on a destination adds a lot to my quality of life....
