This work was conducted to evaluate the beneficial effect of grain presoaking in kinetin (0.1 mM), spermine (0.3 mM) or their interaction on wheat plants (Triticum aestivum L. variety Sakha 93) irrigated with seawater. It is clear from this investigation that irrigation of wheat plants with 25% seawater had negative effects on growth, metabolism and productivity of wheat plants.
