In the present work, the dry sliding wear behavior of Al-12wt%Si matrix nanocomposites reinforced with various amounts of 2, 4 and 6 wt% (Al2O3 + TiO2) nanoparticles as hybrid addition is investigated.All samples were prepared by powder metallurgy by mechanical milling of the base alloy (Al-12%Si) powder and added the hybrid nanopowders of (Al2O3 +TiO2), followed by cold pressing at (100 bar) and sintering at (520 oC) for (90 min).
