America's Strike Group 9 is a task force headed by the aircraft carrier Ronald Reagan CVN-76. On this voyage it is comprised of the cruisers Monterey CG-61 and Lake Erie CG-70, the destroyer Chafee DDG-90, the submarines Seawolf SSN-21 and Virginia SSN-994, and the oiler Henry J.
