This work presents solution of practical problems on the improvement of some mass transfer processes in the sugar industry with using of ejection apparatus. We propose using of ejectors with centrifugal jet nozzles as working nozzles and an elongated mixing chamber met with guide vanes for flow turbulence, which were developed by authors. These solutions are aimed at saving material heat flows, protection of the environment from harmful emissions production, protected by patents of Ukraine. This work can be useful for employees of sugar factories, undergraduate and graduate students.

The book gives a brief overview of the various ways of dispersing liquid and justified the use of centrifugal jet nozzles with inclined input channels for spraying contaminated process fluids. The authors have proposed a plenty of new designs of nozzles, a theoretical and experimental study of fluid flow in them, according to the definition proposed by the main geometric characteristics.
