This book contains a selection of homoerotic male-love poems in classical and Egyptian-colloquial Arabic. The authors as well as the times in which these poems were written are unknown. They were found in a manuscript written by a man called Marwan Al Wardany, who mentions in a short introduction that he collected and edited the poems he had gathered from various sources.
