In 2098, seventeen-year-old Kaia awakes with amnesia while on a transport to a Vancouver Complex. The Complex is a work camp where forced labor is a part of survival. Kaia struggles to find friendship in an environment of distrust and searches desperately for clues to her past and who she really is.
