The purpose of the study is to assess the level of knowledge and compliance of mothers in newborn screening towards designing health program in Philippine perspective. A multi-dimensional assessment approach were used, and thus further playing relevant role in formulating specific and generalized health program proposals for newborns and mothers as well as strengthening the curriculum of nursing and allied health sciences schools globally.
