Max, a beagle, spends most of his time zooming all around the yard because he loves to move and have fun. Colby, a hound mix, prefers to relax and watch the clouds. The mystery is how can such different dogs be best friends. The dogs learn to appreciate each other's differences and discover what they do have in common that makes for a great friendship. "Zooming Fun" is the first of the Max and Colby backyard adventures.

Max is so excited to discover a new dog in the backyard until Colby explains who the new dog really is.
