The author used a durable topical Bible and six translations for this research study that has to do with what the Bible emphasizes. What seems important in the Bible and what doesn't. We are called a Christian nation and, so, the author feels we should know what that means. This objective study, which moves at an easy pace for the reader, lets us see where our own emphasis should be.

The author began his writing career with a family book, called Ancient Family Text, which was written to preserve family stories and as an autobiography of the author. The stories in that work were hugely popular with family members, and so the author thought to make them available to everyone. This is a book of short stories, easily digested, with some written seriously and the majority written humorously. All stories are based on real events, but the author does admit to embellishing certain stories for the sake of a good laugh. Very engaging, it will be hard to put the book down.
