A book of poetic stanzas written in a form of gnomic verse, which convey the author's observations about the world, events and people through a viewpoint informed by his family background, academic learning and experiences from childhood to now, including his journey from Roman Catholicism to Asatru. A major inspiration for the form of this book is from the ""Viking Era"" poem called the ""Havamal,"" which is found in the ""Poetic Edda.""

A book of rituals for offering worship within the religion known as Asatru. This is a book of the author's efforts and is presented as such. As with any belief that deal with a Higher Power, Worship is an important part of community activity. These rituals are presented as one way in which to effect this.
