On a day when two friends are on their way to the movies, they end up encountering zombies in the parking lot. The previous day a meteorite crashed to the earth; as the meteorite crashed as an eclipse was happening. Simultaneously, both caused a chain reaction as the meteorite spun out of control and disintegrated into the earth. By nightfall strange occurrences were happening. There are two kinds of people: JD, the best gunslinger in the state of VA and then there is the lowlife double crossing Crazy Murphy. Both grew up together in the same town, but as they got older they went in different directions of life: one honest, while the other a liar and a cheat. Murphy goes on to betray JD and takes over a town in VA renaming it Murphville as he forms a gang. After Murphy's betrayal, JD hears of Murphy's ruthless doings and heads to the town for a showdown.

Evansho Shepherd, -Evie- for short is a twenty year old who is faced with becoming a hero after getting loose from two bank robbers. The brothers of those bank robbers go out to seek revenge for their deceased brothers; they head to Evie's hometown to take care of business. Now Evie and his brother Oliver are faced with a showdown to the Funk brothers while going to town to spend the reward. The four Funk brothers want revenge for their fallen brothers and end up with an unexpected showdown from the Shepherd family.
