An Exploration of Mind is a book about my recent hospitalization for psych reasons. This was the first time I was in the hospital in over ten years. I talk about the reasons which lead me in a deep depression. I was able to work thru all of my problems with the help of the staff and good doctors at St. Luke's Hospital Behavior Ward in Phillipsburg New Jersey I was able to get thru the hard days. I was able to make decisions during my time there which helped me out a lot. I would like to thank all of them. I do not think people realize how important our behavior wards are so important to us....
