A quantitative correlational research study was conducted to determine if a significant relationship existed between individual Coast Guard recruiter alignment with Coast Guard policies and procedures and recruiter job performance, recruiter job satisfaction, and recruiter career intentions. The study examined the relationship between employee-organization alignment (EOA) and job performance, job satisfaction, and career intentions using an on-line survey instrument based upon the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) criteria.
