The design and implementation of capable constructing a new structure of RBF network equalizer based coded-OFDM. The importance of this design is to develop the conventional OFDM using channel estimator to compensate for the intersymbol interference (ISI) which suffers from multipath propagation and time varying channel, especially with mobile communication.
