Present work was carried out to check the effect of responsive gene to the tuberculosis in the rural population of the Burewala and this study further recommends that: Incident of TB is increasing every year especially in the population of rural areas. The case fatality in the rural areas is high due to lack of awareness of standard case management for this particular infection.
