A story about the mean streets of Baltimore in the 21st century and a young man named "J" who decides to fight back using his athletic body, street knowledge, and superior mind. "J" finds himself fighting against drug pushers, bank robbers, murderers and even pirates from Jamaica, Ethiopia, and the East side of Baltimore.
