In this relatively concise work is presented, so to say, a ''full moon'' with its four ''moons'' and their proper phases - in other words, a compendium with its four and particular short stories: A romantical youthful love between a mundane boy and an extramundane girl in virtue of a mentalistical projection by the Alexandrian magician Zosimos; a refined revenge in the environment of early Victorian London; an action tale in connection with the legendary Atlantis; and finally, a little theatre work on the likewise legendary king Arthur.
