The present book explores the nature, forms, causes, costs and remedies of administrative corruption in the service-delivery sectors of Bangladesh - a developing country of South Asia. A behavioural approach was adopted in conducting the study on 10 service-delivery sectors of Dhaka city. The study showed that there were marked differences between the perceptions of service-recipients and service-providers in their assessment of officials as well as their attitude towards corruption.
