The study evaluates existing education policies like Education Strategic Investment Plan (ESIP), Universal Primary Education (UPE), Uganda Primary School Curriculum (UPSC), Uganda Syllabus of Primary Education (USPE), Education Policy Review Commission (EPRC), Education Statistical Abstract (ESA), and Complimentary Opportunity for Primary Education (COPE).
