For a large part of my career, learning and witnesses, many parents have asked me for some degree of direction to help them deal with some of these challenges faced when dealing with their youth. In that momentum, this work is dedicated to that very focus and genuinely attempts to bring that reality to light for the best results. Furthermore, this work is independent of any entity that I may have previously interacted with, but it is simply my separate commentary and a genuine effort to assist all individuals who are willing to grasp the notion of favorable parental supervision.

It has become amazingly consistent that there is an acknowledgeable situation involving the issue of peer pressure in many of our everyday challenges on some occasions. This specifically can range from family member to family member or colleague to colleague on some occasions. It can even extend to cross barriers, denominational lines, cultures and other kinds of labels or even further stereotypes. Having become so prevalent, sometimes one typically will witness the impact of its reach before finding out or acknowledging that it even existed if not careful.

Sometimes in the midst of putting in a good day's work towards completing a task and facing the survival of life's daily struggles, it can become visibly challenging to share some of these experiences in a genuine effort to welcome some degree of healing and comfort to one's continuation. In thinking of the many things that an individual could leave when humbly moving on to the other side or facing death, another aspect of momentum grabs that particular reality and further encourages one succumbed by that space, time and moment to share something with others that could be possibly "beneficial" to their survival strategy before that actual last breath is taken on this side of life itself. It is like the thought of children thinking that the stork brought them in an egg rather than grasping the birth process and what had to occur between their mother and father for them to get here as a child. Likewise, the Black Ministers and Laity are connected to something and somebody also that has a great deal to do with their image. Certainly this image required many sacrifices, challenges, time and humility for those whose shoulders that the Black Ministers and laity stand on in their particular culture crosses denominational lines, emotions, egos and much more.

This work is about offering cultural strategies to helping youth and readers alike have alternatives to a misdirecting life of criminal activity and crime. It offers critical dialogue based on the commentary of Vinson Ballard. He has a B.S. and M.S. in Criminal Justice and eulogized a brother that was a murder victim and is a former collegiate and professional athlete and minister.

There must be a little room for improvement or room for other attempts to help make things be a little better. This in my humble opinion is one of those very efforts.
