As the Allies gain ground against Nazi Germany in Europe, a devious plan is hatched to set up the Fourth Reich. At Wewelsburg Castle, twelve of Heinrich Himmler's highest knights undertake a covenant to continue the Nazi cause. Thousands of Nazis escape to Argentina, where a front company, Trevellian Enterprises, is set up with smuggled war loot, and the Fourth Reich, unknown to the world, grows in strength from an underground base.
