Tim Buck saved the world - at least some of it - but he's not living the life of a hero. Instead of joining his colleagues at a company retreat in Las Vegas, Tim has been sent to Vulgaria, literally the worst nation on the planet, to rescue a fellow agent. He is also made to relive a flashback plot involving weaponized penguins. They sound cute and cuddly, though they are just as likely to be cold and sadistic.
