For the nations to prosper, for the nations to come to unity and harmony, there must be a nation to serve them, a Servant-Nation. And this is something we have not allowed for at all in our construction of the United Nations or any international body. We have not allowed for the idea of a nation to be at the service of the others and the means of mediating between them.
