Ed's best friend, Ann, is learning how to live with a brain injury. In order to cheer her up, Ed goes on a tour of DC to find her "Happy Heart," Frank. Ed sees lots of interesting things, but there's no sign of Frank. In the end he finds out that Frank has been at home all along - and Ann realizes that Ed is a true friend and that getting sick has its happy moments, too.
