In 2011, I participated in an A - Z blogging challenge. The challenge consisted of writing a blog posting incorporating each letter of the alphabet for the month of April every day except Sundays. As if writing a daily blog posting wasn't challenging enough, I opted to create essays revolving around obscure words. Needless to say, I found some interesting words to write about. This book is a compilation of the blog postings from this challenge.

Welcome to my latest non-fiction work dedicated to poetry. I have a routine. Every night about a half hour to an hour prior to bed, I will sit in the dark with music playing softly in the background. During this time, I just let my mind wander. Sometimes my mind is a complete blank. Most times, thoughts flitter in and out so quickly, I cannot catch them.
