Ticking Clock is the story of a young man from Kent who joined the Navy at 171/2 and had some exciting and dangerous adventures during his six years, as he has recounted in his book ALL MINE These stories are incidents in his life before, during and after the war. At the age of 82 he is keeping busy with many projects, writing and interested in many subjects. A lot of the stories concern wartime, a very important period in our lives of which memories are still very vivid. Often an incident, long forgotten will pop into one's mind begging to be put down on paper; this is what Noel has done.
