A gang of teen-age bank robbers led by an older man embark on a series of bank robberies in and around the Philadelphia area. In the first robbery they shoot and kill a mafia capo who happened to be in the bank. FBI agent Ben Douglas teamed with philadelphia homicide detective are assigned to bring the gang to justice.
