The main research question for this study is whether introduction of Public Procurement Rules 2008 (PPR 2008) has positively impacted 'performance of procurement' of construction projects? The key findings of the study reveals that the PPR 2008 has significant positive impact on the total time of procurement of works but it has not improved quality of construction works.
